First time fishing this jig was in about 65ft of water on for black sea bass off northern nj coast. anchored up on an artificial reef i was able to catch just as many if not more than guys using bait and my fish were consistently bigger, no foul hooks and no snags. bouncing this jig off the bottom with a slow pitch rod proved deadly. the color, weight and size are all on point. great hooks. also caught a nice little keeper cod on this jig. hogy has quickly become my go to choice for striper and black sea bass lures. ive seen hogy gear get bet when nothing else is, a few too many times to call it coincidence. worth every penny.

Used these for the first time seabass fishing this past weekend and was pleased with the results. These jigs were catching 3 to 1, keepers compared to others on the boat. Fished 50 foot of water and had no issues getting this jig down to the bottom quickly.
Cod liked them as well!

A great choice in heavier current. Picked up, blues, bass, and knot heads on them. Love the new colors as well. Drop it down and bounce it on the bottom or target suspended fish. Not bait needed but a little pro cure never hurts! Thanks Capt. Mike.
