Killer on Chinook Salmon!

I use these jigs in my Charter business in Victoria BC to fish for Chinook/King salmon and they slay them to say the least. I use the 3.5oz olive silver drop it to the bottom in 75 to 110 feet of water where the bait is balled up and keep the jig 3 to 15 feet off the bottom and have it flutter into the face of the Chinooks, they hit it on the way down and just love them. If your heading to the pacific northwest you need to have a box full of these for sure.

.

This is my go to cod jig. I use it in shallow water and it catches everything. The longer shape is a great sand eel imitator and its narrow design helps it get down fast so you can use lighter weights in deeper water. When I fish cape cod, this is a go to for jigging black sea bass, really works well for them and versatile enough to cast at stripers and blues if they pop up when jigging. Ive also done well casting from the surf, it's long casting jig and easy to get outside the breakers

Love this Jig (And Stripers Love it too!)

Picked it up last year from Canal Bait and Tackle. My first few times using yielded zero bites. But this season, for some reason, it's been an absolute hit. I use the lighter versions from the surf. My only complaints are: 1. paint is starting to chip a bit (but not that much considering the abuse it received) and 2. I wish there was a single hook option for the lighter/smaller jigs.

The sand eel jig works great. It works well when retrieved or jigged. Capt. Rich N.Y.
