Spring Haddock Fishing | Jeffreys Ledge | Sand Eel Jigs + Jig Biki Teasers
During our first trip offshore for the 2023 season, the Salty Cape crew heads out to Jeffrey's ledge in search of early-season haddock using the sand eel jigs + jig-biki teasers to fill coolers and kick off the season in style!
TIPS:
1. Maintain lure contact with the bottom while slowly jigging with two to three-foot rod sweeps upward.
2. Lightweight rod and reel outfits offer the most comfort while jigging for extended periods of time.
3. Lightweight braided line will allow a much faster sink rate with your jigging presentation.
