so far so good!!!
From all the Hogy products i have purchased so far, i am starting to believe if Hogy's name is on it, it is going to be a quality product. the knives come super sharp and after a half season use have no problem keeping there edge with minimal sharpening.

Hogy Fillet Knife Kit
Bought the kit since it matches what I target, Fluke, Stripers and Tuna. Like the bag and attached sharpener. Cleaned some Yellowfin this past week and the Tuna knife performed great. The right size, Sharp and great grip/backbone.

Great Knives !!!
These knives are surgically sharp right out of the box and really hold an edge well. Super comfortable handles and easy to clean plastic sheath with storage bag. The 9" made short work of yellowfin tuna, can't wait to use the smaller knives on some fluke and sea bass. I highly recommend these knives.
