I purchased a tuna harness jig last year. On my first drop I hooked and landed a bluefin over a 100lbs. This year the bigger fish where being caught on the troll. I decided to try and troll the tuna harness jig. After hours of trolling, the jig wasn't in the water 15 minutes and we hooked up. We caught yellowfin and bluefin tuna. We were in the fleet of boats trolling all day and after putting out the harness jig we started catching. Let's just say i got alot of calls on the radio! I just order more harness jigs and can't wait to try the 8oz out! In photo you can see the harness jig on top of the cooler
I'm happy to add to my arsenal yet another weapon to slay tuna. The trolling video and slow pitch video were so well done even a caveman could follow it. I'm waiting for June to go offshore and chase big game. I'm new and learning every day. I'm not sure who's fishing who... who am I kidding... I'm hooked.
Great short line off the corners! Well built and heavy enough to get under the propwash. Runs theough the water nicely and most important.....catches fish!
Received my Tuna casting kit yesterday. All I can say is Wow. The quality of everything is top notch. Can't wait to get a chance to use them. Season can't come soon enough
Hooked up on a bluefin my second case, fought the fish for 2.5 hours until the hook pulled.
