Accidental damage rod replacements will have a $25 return shipment fee + replacement cost. Please reach out to customer service to file a warranty claim.
Coverage: This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship
of the guides on the fishing rod under normal, non-commercial use. It does not cover damage.
Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage to the guides caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Accidents or impact damage
• Improper storage
• Rods purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers
Warranty Process: If you believe the guides on your fishing rod are covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the warranty process, which may include returning the product for inspection.
Resolution: Upon inspection and approval, we will either repair or replace the
guides on the fishing rod at our discretion. If the exact model is not available, we may replace it with guides of comparable quality.

This rode really blew me away. Its sensitivity and playfulness combined with its overbuilt quality really blew me away. Landed a low slot striper with a lot of fun, never felt I was having trouble. Highly considering ordering the MH model now I was so impressed with the quality compared to the mass-produced rods.

The 2 pack of rods arrived shortly after the May 15th drop date and on first impressions they did not disappoint. As a former rod builder I was impressed with the quality of components and the overall fit and finish at the price point. The hook keeper is a great feature and the shaped cork grips and soft gimbal are nice. The flex coat on the double foot guides is nice and thick and the guides themselves are true down the entire blank. Have only had them out for a few casting sessions on the local pond, but the action and recommended lure weights appears spot on. Can’t wait to get them out on the water and see how they handle some Cape Cod Bay bass and bluefish. As is always the case Capt Mike and the staff at Hogy have delivered anther winning product

Haven’t had a chance to go get a line wet yet with it but very happy. I was pleasantly surprised with the make of this rod. At first glance it just looks well made. The guides look great the reel seat is solid and the cork grip is a nice way to finish off the rod.

Purchased this to target fluke in the back bays of NJ (along with the MH for when we go out to deeper water). Early season boat troubles have kept me from using it for it's intended purpose so I tried it out bass fishing some of the fresh water lakes and it did not disappoint one bit!! Throws a light lure a mile and has plenty of backbone to horse a bass from cover. As someone who makes his own custom rods, I don't typically buy "store bought" rods but, at this price point and good past experience with Hogy products, I took a chance. Great value, great rod...keep it up, Hogy!! Will update the review once it's tried out on the salt.
