Inshore Fall Run Hammer Lock and Load Bundle

Fall Run Plug Bass / Wind Albies / Groundfish Daily Driver

Description

The heavier of the two inshore fall run kits, and the rod that stays in the boat all fall. Three fisheries on one blank, and the reason it is an MH instead of a Medium is that all three of them punish light gear on the wrong day. The two kits share the Medium epoxy size, so the FINESSE runs Light and Medium while this one runs Medium and Large. That overlap is where the pair meets and where the choice gets made.

7' HDLT MH Spinning Rod: throws 5/8 and 7/8 oz epoxies into a headwind without collapsing, drives a 3/0 teaser hook home on a long line, and has the backbone to keep a good fish pinned when it turns on a short line.

Medium & Large Epoxy Jigs (5/8 & 7/8 oz): the albie core. Six of them across three patterns, so you can keep matching as the feed changes through the morning.

Heavy Minnow (1.25 oz): the striper side, running just under the surface where fall run bass sit below a moving pod.

OG Swimmer (5.5"): the slow, low light call, worked when the surface goes quiet between feeds.

Squinnow (6.5 oz): the groundfish drop. Structure in 40 to 80 feet, sea bass through the fall and tog once the water cools.

Jig Biki Teaser Rigs (3/0): go above any of it when the bait is smaller than what you brought.

Plug bass at first light, wind albies through the morning, groundfish on the drop.
